REQUIREMENTS FOR VEHICLE CONSIGNMENTS

1. California Title with your name as registered owner.  Registered owner needs to be here at time of consignment of vehicle(s), paperwork needs to accompany vehicle(s).
2. Current California Registration
3. Current Smog - With emission print out (can not have been used for current stickers)
4. Vehicle must pass a current safety check done by a mechanic. (See safety check list) Your vehicle must pass this checklist.  If work needs to be done, it needs to be done before bringing to consignment.
5. No salvaged or out of state vehicles.
6. There will be a 10% commission charged from the price of sale.  Consignor will be paid 30 days after auction.  There will be a charge if at any time the consignor purchases his or her own vehicle.

REQUIREMENTS OF OTHER CONSIGNMENTS

1. Ernst charges a 25% commission on all items (coins, jewelry, furniture, surplus, etc.)  Consignors will be paid 30 days after auction.
2. Call first before bringing any items to auction.
