First, you will need a bidders number if you wish to bid on anythig (of course you do not need to do anything to watch, except possibly miss your deal of a lifetime). You can get a bidders number on Saturday at the tent in front of the office. Do not miss the preview held the Friday prior to each auction, 9am til 4pm & Saturday from 7am til 8:30am. It's your chance to start the vehicles and inspect everything to be sold. Be sure to pick up the auction catalog at the park, it's your guide to what's happening. TERMS OF SALE
VEHICLE PAYMENT:
A (non-refundable) 25% Down Payment must be made after bidding to hold any vehicle with payment in full due Monday after the auction, Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday. Lot #'s 1-299 (Seized, Court Ordered, City & County Vehicles) Sales Tax, & DMV Fees will be paid directly at DMV. Lot #'s 300-699 (Repossessions, Lease Returns, Liquidations, & Consignments) are subject to documentation & smog fees ($105), sales tax, & DMV fees, will be paid at Ernst Auction Park the day of the auction.

MISCELLANEOUS MERCHANDISE PAYMENT:
All items must be paid in full on the day of the Auction. No item will be released until payment is received in full.
