 SIMULTANEOUS AUCTIONS

Vehicle Auction: Starting at 9am

The auctioneer will give a brief description of the vehicle being sold and invite the audience to begin bidding.  After everyone has a chance to raise the bid, the person offering the highest bid wins.  The only thing required is a valid I.D. or Driver's License.  Lot #'s 1-299 (Seized, Court Ordered, City & County Vehicles) sales tax & DMV Fees will be paid directly to DMV.  Lot #'s 300-699 (Repossessions, Lease Returns, Liquidations, & Consignments) are subject to a documentation & smog fee ($105) plus sales tax & DMV fees will be paid to The Auction Park at the end of the auction.

Out of State SalesSome commercial trucks will be offered for sale to out of state buyers only as regulated by the California Air Resources Board requirements for the State of California. Items sold for export out of California will be accompanied with a certificate of title and a VIN Stop filed with California Department of Motor Vehicles. Purchasers of items sold for export outside of California will be required to sign VIN Stop and out of state delivery declaration before the item can be removed from the sale site.

Tools/Equipment Auction: Starting After the Vehicle Auction 

Tools, equipment, & bicycles are sold at this auction.  Lot #'s 2000-4999 are located west of the car lot.

Jewelry Auction: Sold During the Furniture Auction

The jewelry, coins, & sports memorabilia auction is held indoors, seating is available.  It operates like the vehicle auction with the exception that the auctioneer is stationary.  Lot #'s start with 5000-5999.

Furniture/Electronics Auction: Starting at 9am

Then the warehouse auction will commence.  New furniture, bedroom sets, living room sets, dining room sets, ceramic eggs, bronze statues, lamps, rugs, clocks, stereos, T.V.'s, furniture, office equipment, and miscellaneous items to be sold.  These items are Lot #'s 1000-1999.
